Welcoming FOUR, a food concept that blends West Coast American flair with refined Italian roots, all served in the
sun-soaked setting of Sommar’s summer bar.

FOUR, the creation of our own Jim Cantens, True. in-house chef Kenneth Weltens and chef Thomas Snijders, is named after the French word for oven and the number that defines our essence: four ingredients, four hands, one unforgettable experience. We helped the Sommar team in creating the full experience: from co-creating the menu and recipes to designing the full food & beverage identity that brings FOUR to life.

At FOUR, simplicity is powerful. Every dish is built around four purposeful ingredients, letting quality take the lead. From handmade pasta to bold, heart-driven pizzas, it’s food meant to be shared, savoured, and remembered. In collaboration with Caro Demeyere, we crafted a visual identity that captures this essence, simplicity, done brilliantly.

But FOUR is more than a meal, it’s a moment. From golden-hour dinners to late-night dancing, we create an atmosphere where every detail hits just right and where warm welcomes meet electric vibes.
